Located behind the fence just 100 meters across the parking lot from Tamarind Restaurant and Bar, this property is 1 minute walk directly onto the beach with both sea views and garden views, and a short walk or drive from central Avarua

Each unit comes with an equipped kitchenette, with microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle,  blender,  and fridge, wifi hotspot,  a flat-screen TV and DVD player, desk, a washing machine and  private bathrooms with shower and a hairdryer.  The beds are split-able king size. Patio decks with outdoor furniture for dining or just watching the sea.

Bus stops on the main road, or there is free off road parking for your rental car or bike.

RAR Airport is 3.1 km from the accommodation, while Muri is 6 km from the property. 3 minutes to town, restaurant adjacent (closes by 11pm), sea view and beachfront, swimming and snorkelling is possible in the lagoon at hightide, whale watching in season. Perfect for the business traveller as well as holidaymakers.

Due to lack of childproofing of cupoards and amenities and direct access to the road and beach we are not able to accept children or infants aged 7 and under.  Being close to the restaurant parking area (Tamarind Cottage) and main road (River Studio) there may be some noise.
