Private Venue Hire of the Main Restaurant
The Tamarind House Main Restaurant is equipped to cater parties of approximately 75 guests, or up to 200 with extra hire of marquees. Venue hire and set up charges apply of $15-$25 per head, dependent on numbers. The minimum number of guests for private venue hire is 40. The maximum duration of the function is 5 hours. Hourly rates are available for extra hours. Please review our Wedding Brochure for more information.
For Smaller Groups…
For Weddings and Functions, sharing the main restaurant, we have the option of the VIP wing or tables trellised off in the Main Restaurant. For special wedding or event table set ups there is a set up charge of $5.00 per head. There will be no provision for speeches, personal music, or interruptions of any kind to our regular service to other diners, so for more exclusivity for smaller groups we recommend the Ukulele Bar.

The perfect location for private parties, birthday or anniversary celebrations for both lunch and dinner. Your special occasion can either be held at the Tamarind House Main Restaurant or at the Summer House for a private event overlooking the beach and ocean.
